New New-gen Hyundai Verna launch next week: Features, powertrains, ADAS tech and more

Hyundai is primed to release the latest version of its Verna sedan next week, with the highly-anticipated design boasting a series of sophisticated functions and technical requirements.

The new-gen Hyundai Verna will display a huge selection of advanced facilities, from a powertrain lineup that consists of a 1.5-liter fuel, a 1.5-liter diesel, and a 1.4-liter turbocharged gas engine, to a suite of sophisticated driver-assistance systems (ADAS) innovation.

The Verna’s 1.5-liter gas engine, which is mated to either a 6-speed handbook transmission or a 6-speed automated, provides an optimal power output of 115 PS and a peak torque of 144 Nm. The 1.5-liter diesel motor, on the other hand, is coupled with either a 6-speed handbook or a 6-speed torque converter automated transmission and produces an optimal power output of 115 PS and a peak torque of 250 Nm. The turbocharged 1.4-liter fuel engine is the most effective alternative, providing an optimal power output of 140 PS and a peak torque of 242 Nm.

In regards to security, the new-gen Verna will feature ADAS innovation such as Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Driver Attention Warning (DAW). Furthermore, the vehicle is likewise geared up with an Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system, Hill Assist Control (HAC), and 7 air bags.

Other functions of the new-gen Verna consist of a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto assistance, a digital instrument cluster, and a cordless charging pad.
